Some gardens are a single terrace; others are a working estate. For projects at this scale, S'Estepa manages the entire process in-house — conceptual design, terrain and soil preparation, dry-stone construction, irrigation engineering and planting — with one Mallorcan team and one point of contact from first meeting to finished landscape. Below are three of our estate-scale projects, with the real detail behind each.
- Existing wild olive trees (ullastres) preserved and used as the foundation of the design
- Sub-surface drip irrigation across the planted estate
- Traditional dry-stone walling integrated with the planting scheme
Botanical palette: Olea europaea var. sylvestris (Ullastre), Rosmarinus officinalis, Stipa tenuissima, Perovskia atriplicifolia, Teucrium fruticans, Chamaerops humilis

- An elevated garden area of approximately 300–400 m² planted as a mineral-and-groundcover carpet
- Full design, construction and planting by S’Estepa
Botanical palette: Phytolacca dioica (Bellasombra), Rosmarinus officinalis 'Prostratus', Bougainvillea sanderiana, Stipa tenuissima, Cupressus arizonica

- Planting scheme built for Mallorca’s calcareous soil and dry summers, requiring a fraction of conventional irrigation
Botanical palette: Olea europaea (Centenary), Cupressus sempervirens, Rosmarinus officinalis, Stipa tenuissima, Perovskia atriplicifolia
